Il Gruppo conta 274 donatori attivi, considerando tali coloro che effettuano almeno una donazione ogni due anni; ma sappiate che c’è anche chi in un anno, alternando sangue e plasma, è riuscito a farne otto! L’indice di donazione (cioè il numero medio di donazioni per donatore nell’anno) medio negli ultimi 10 anni è stato pari a 1,78 e per il 2019 si è attestato su 1,71. Oltre ai donatori attivi ci sono anche 3 soci, cioè persone che non donano o che non donano più ma sono comunque vicine al mondo della donazione di sangue.
I donatori attivi hanno un’età media di
45 anni e sono per il 33,6 % femmine e per il 66,4 % maschi. Riguardo alle
nazionalità, gli italiani sono il 97 % e gli stranieri provengono da Romania, Polonia, Bangladesh e
Colombia.
Come si vede dal grafico sottostante ogni anno le donazioni del nostro Gruppo oscillano tra 450 e 500, manifestando purtroppo un certo calo nell’ultimo lustro.
